Kari loved going to the dentist as a little girl which sparked her interest in wanting to pursue a career in the dental field. When she was 16, she became a dental assistant. Her love for oral hygiene and helping patients with dental care confirmed that dental hygiene was the career for her. In 2002, Kari graduated top of her class from Baker College of Port Huron with an associates degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. While working as a hygienist, she continued her education and graduated with a Bachelors of Health Services Administration in 2003. She has been in clinical practice for 13 years and her love for hygiene and helping people with their oral health care continues to grow. Kari also volunteers, educating school aged children on the importance of good dental care and proper oral hygiene. Her professionalism and strive for continuing education makes her a great asset to our Bingham Farms Family Dentistry team.
Ashley was a Dental Assistant for 2 1/2 years before becoming a Dental Hygienist. She then realized she wanted to further her education and help educate people about their oral health. She graduated with Honors at Oakland Community College in 2015 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene. She plans to further her education by working towards and obtaining a Bachelors Degree. Ashley takes great pride in patient care and helping patients understand how oral health affects the overall health of your body. Her favorite part of working at Bingham Farms Family Dentistry is getting to know the patients and build relationships with them. When not at the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband as they prepare for the arrival of their son. She loves to travel and is always planning her next getaway!
